New digital service for Keighley Housing tenants

A NEW “digital platform” has been launched by a housing group.

The Manningham Housing Association, which manages housing in Keighley and Bradford, has launched the MyMHA portal.

Tenants can now complete a range of tasks online, including paying rent, booking repairs and checking gas and electricity safety check due dates.

There is also a “chatbot” service that can answer tenants’ questions and offer advice.

Ulfat Hussain, Deputy Managing Director and COO of the association, said: “MyMHA is the final step in rolling out our ambitious digital strategy.

“There has been a seismic change in the way our customers access services and we have sought to respond to this change.

“We used to work on the assumption that our clients preferred to come into the office, often to pay their rent, but that has changed.

“With our new digital portal, everyone can now access many more services online – but can still visit our head office if they prefer a face-to-face meeting.

“The chatbot facility, along with our recently revamped and updated website, is state-of-the-art and provides instant answers to questions, including a selection of self-help videos.

“We have also included a live chat facility.”
