Main responsibilities of the position

  • Provide support to the team for successful and accurate delivery of paid media campaigns.
  • Work with the Media Manager to cover campaign implementation, reporting and financial duties.
  • Develop knowledge of broader agency and client functions to provide support going forward and advance their role.
  • Build positive and productive relationships with colleagues to improve delivery and business success.

The description.

  • The main role is to support the Media Manager in the delivery of client campaigns, with key tasks around implementation, optimization, reporting and finance.
  • Acquire knowledge of major digital media and platforms including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and an analytical approach in their daily work.
  • Be solution-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses and their business objectives.
  • Develop knowledge of social media and the wider media landscape through training and connecting with media editors.
  • Gain an understanding of other agency functions to ensure a holistic view of client services, including account service, ATL, digital, e-commerce and creative.
  • Ensure that all team outputs are of the highest quality.
